SHIPPING


Standard International shipment (by COLISSIMO) is free of charge for any order worth €150 or over, whatever the size and weight of the items purchased!

We have two carriers to choose from:

EXPRESS : by UPS. Your order will be delivered to you within 3 to 7 working days- that is week-days, which excludes week-ends and bank holidays - after submitting your order. The follow-up is available on line from your account. The email you will receive once your order has been sent will include a link allowing you to follow up your parcel.

STANDARD : by COLISSIMO. Your order will be delivered within 1 to 5 weeks after being submitted. No follow-up will be available. Unfortunately, excludes week-ends and bank holiday.

UNITED OF ST BARTH rates do not include applicable taxes and duty, so the customer will have to pay an extra charge for them.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our boutique.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive it within the dates stated.
If you have chosen our parcel-tracking option, you will be able to follow up your order by logging in to your account.

RETURNS


You may return any item within 7 days of the date you received your order to be able to get a refund.

You will have to return the items to us in their original condition, including their package. All items will be inspected after being returned. You will be responsible for the items until they reach our warehouses.

Make sure you have packed the returned items properly, so as to keep them and their boxes from being damaged. We are not liable for items returned to us by mistake. By returning an item, you agree that you are liable for the expenses and risks incurred. 

You simply have to fill out the return form that you can download here to send your parcel back to us through the carrier.
Please note that when you send back an item, it is very important for us to know the order number assigned to it, as well as your name and address. Without this information, we will not be able to process your request. You may have to wait for up to 14 days until we receive your returned item(s). Once we have received it/them, we will examine it/them within 48 hours. Please note that by returning it/them you agree that you are liable for the expenses and risks incurred. We will keep in touch with you by email and will inform you of our decision as soon as we have made sure the goods are in their original condition and that their return has been registered onto your account. Any refund will be credited onto the card originally used to pay for the item(s). Should we not be able to replace a returned item with an identical one, we will give you an immediate refund and you will be notified by email. In any case, the items have to be returned in their original condition. All the items will be inspected after being returned and any damaged item will be sent back to you.

ORDERS


The answer is definitely - yes, you have to.

Registering will allow you to place orders without having to provide your personal details every time you shop with us. In addition to this, you can enjoy benefits such as the follow-up of your orders, regular newsletters and - the most popular advantage of all - unique discounts and great offers.
You can choose between either signing in immediately, or starting shopping with us at once and create your account when paying for your order.
All you have to do is follow the various steps displayed on your screen and have the information regarding your payment method and your address ready.

We offer you several payment methods (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, PAYPAL) for you to be able to use the cards. We also take safety very seriously for your personal details to be processed safely.
All credit or payment card-holders are subject to verification and authorization from our company, as well as the company that issued the card, in order to ensure safe payments and to prevent fraud.

In order to make your online shopping easier, you may use dollars / euros. If you select the currency you want to pay in from the list on the right-hand side of the page, all our prices will be quoted in the given currency.

If your transaction is authorized, your payment will be charged to your credit card immediately, and a confirmation email will be sent to you with the details of your order. If the transaction is not authorized, your card will not be charged and an email will be sent to you to inform you of the reason why your bank, or the company that issued the card, did not authorize the payment. Please keep in mind that if a payment is not authorized, a number of the companies that issue cards may keep  the money aside all the same, which implies that  this amount of money will not be available to you for a limited period of time.

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit an order once you have placed it, which includes changing the size and colour of the item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or the payment method, whatever it may be. However, you can still cancel an order within 30 minutes after it has been submitted. To cancel an order, all you have to do is to log in to your account and check your order. If the button to the side of the order displays “Cancel/view”, then you can still cancel it before being confirmed. Click the button and your order status will become “cancelled”. In compliance with French distance-selling regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order for goods within 7 working days after you have received them. You will have to notify us, so that we can refund the order entirely. So, please send the cancelled goods back to us, and note that by returning an item, you agree that you are liable for the expenses and risks incurred.

All items are in stock. And yet, an item in your basket may no longer be available, because it might have been picked by another customer and will be sold to the first person who has completed the payment process.

When paying, make sure you enter your discount code in the appropriate box and click the update button to apply the discount to your order. If the discount does not show at this stage, we will not be able to apply it later on to the present order (but you would still be able to use it when placing another order). Please note that only one discount offer may be used for a specific order. Please always read the terms and conditions attached to the code.

MY ACCOUNT


Once you have registered, you will be able to log in to “my account" at any time. This is where you have to go, if you want to reset your password, change your email address or the information relating to the delivery or the payment card.

OTHERS


We do not wish in any way to send you an item that would not fit you.
